Fig. 02 — How we work

Most enterprise software problems are not caused by a missing product. They come from disconnected systems, manual handoffs and processes that no off-the-shelf product fits completely.

01

Specification before development

We begin by documenting how the operation actually works. Together with your team, we define the processes, requirements, data, architecture and scope before development begins.

02

Production-ready from the start

Security, access control, audit trails, monitoring, backups and recovery are designed into the system, not added after launch.

03

Support through operation and handover

Deployment is not the end of the engagement. We operate and maintain what we build, then transfer the knowledge, documentation and infrastructure when your team is ready to run it independently.

Fig. 03 — Services

Four capabilities, combined around the problem. An engagement may begin with consulting, continue through custom development and integration, and automate the repetitive work that no longer requires a person.

A

Custom software development

Bespoke enterprise applications built to your specification: operational platforms, internal tools, client-facing portals and the data-processing systems behind them. Designed, developed, deployed and maintained by the team that scoped them.

Core
B

Systems integration

ERP, CRM, warehouse, billing, payroll and legacy databases connected so that a record is entered once and is correct everywhere. Interfaces, data contracts and reconciliation, with monitoring on every link.

Core
C

Technology consulting

Architecture reviews, build-or-buy decisions, process diagnostics and sequenced roadmaps. Delivered as documents your board can read and your engineers can implement, whether or not we do the building.

Advisory
D

AI & automation

Solutions incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning components, engineered into the workflow rather than handed to a person as a licence. Extraction, classification, drafting, routing and reconciliation run unattended; people validate and handle exceptions.

Fig. 04 — Why Invexi

Why clients choose Invexi.

01

Specification before code

Nothing is built until the operation is documented and the scope is agreed in writing.

02

One team from discovery through operation

The people who scope the system are the people who run it in production.

03

You own the software and the infrastructure

Source, documentation, runbooks and hosting accounts are yours throughout.

04

Honest build-or-buy recommendations

Where a product on the market fits the need, we say so and integrate it instead.

05

No per-seat licensing

Custom software you funded carries no licence fee for the people who use it.

Fig. 05 — Lifecycle

One team from discovery through operation and handover.

01 — Design

Specify

Interviews, process mapping, data model and architecture. Output is a written specification and a fixed scope for the first release.

02 — Develop

Build

Production-grade increments on a two-week cadence, reviewed with the people who will use the system daily.

03 — Deploy

Cut over

Migration, parallel running, training and a documented rollback. Nothing goes live without a way back.

04 — Maintain

Operate

Monitoring, support windows, change requests and a scheduled handover to your own team when you want it.

Fig. 06 — Your systems

Works with the systems you already run.

New systems sit alongside your ERP, your finance stack and the databases nobody wants to touch. What already works stays in place; what is missing gets built, and it speaks to everything else you run.

Integration work is delivered with data contracts, monitoring on every interface, and a reconciliation report that proves the two sides agree.

  • ERP & accounting
  • CRM & sales pipeline
  • Warehouse & inventory
  • Billing & payments
  • HR & payroll
  • Document stores
  • Legacy databases & flat-file feeds
Fig. 07 — Engagement

How projects start

Every engagement begins with a short, separately priced scoping study. It produces a written specification, proposed architecture, delivery plan and commercial proposal for the first release. When building is not the right decision, we document that recommendation too.

Who owns the result

You do. Source, infrastructure, documentation and runbooks are yours, and handover is a phase of the engagement rather than an afterthought.

How work is priced

Defined releases can be delivered at a fixed price once the scope is sufficiently clear. Maintenance, support and ongoing changes are handled through a monthly retainer.

Working with your team

We work alongside internal engineers where they exist, and take full delivery responsibility where they do not. Either way, your people review every increment.

Bring us the process, the system or the problem. We will help you determine what should be built, how it should connect to your existing systems, and whether building it is the right decision.
